We recommend booking a place on our tours, as sometimes we can run out of spaces. Reservations can be made through this website, and once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Yes, any Free Tour reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to the day of the tour.

The Glasgow Murals Tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

The Edinburgh Castle and Stirling Castle Tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Of course not! Unless there’s a serious thunderstorm or snowfall so heavy that it's dangerous to go outside, our tours always continue as planned. The route may be adapted to seek shelter from rain or snow where possible, but the tour content remains the same.

Yes, all our tours require a minimum number of people for the activity to take place. If the tour is cancelled due to lack of participants, we will advise you on alternative options.
